Orders placed under international shipments outside of India will include shipping charges, as applicable. Domestic orders are delivered free of cost.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

- Shruseternity deliver products internationally as well. We strive to maintain timely and easy international shipments and deliveries. Any Customs Duty/Import Tax/GST charges should be borne by the customer as it is not under Shruseternity or our shipping partners control and is levied by the government of the City/State/Country of the customer.
- Note - This import tax depends from country to country and it is based on the invoice value - You can check for the exact value from DHL.
Fair Usage Policy
Shruseternity maintains optimal service and straightforward returns process to ensure customer satisfaction, yet some customer accounts exploit these policies. Such accounts often return, cancel or exchange items too often and even go a step further to refuse delivery on several occasions. This hampers our ability to ensure timely delivery to other customers and such actions end up being a disservice to the regular customers. Therefore, customer accounts evidenced to continually misuse our return policy will be barred from utilizing the COD option or availing free shipment for their future orders.
Track Your Order
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been dispatched for delivery. In the email, you will obtain a link which will enable you to track your order whenever you choose until it is delivered to you.
PIN Code Serviceability.
During Checkout when you enter your address and PINCODE we will check your PINCODE aganist our backend database and let you know if your PINCODE is serviceable or not. In case the PIN code is unserviceable, you can simply pre-pay the amount of the order and we will ensure it is delivered to you.
Our Courier Partners
To ensure delivery on time we associate with reliable courier partners who handle the complete transit insurance of the package for delivery. They include BluDart/Indian Post/FranchExpress (for Domestic), DHL (for International).
In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please read our below policies -
- We accept returns within 3 working days (from the date of delivery). If 3 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
- There is NO Exchange for Accessories [Neckpiece/Jhumkas/Bangles/Earrings]
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product with the Tags within 24 hours of receiving your order or whatsapp on +917604936565 (For accessories we request you to record a video while opening the parcel as soon as you get it, to claim damages if any)
- To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in their original packaging.
Exchange can be done only ONCE. The Gift coupon code provided is valid only for 6 months. In rare cases where you return a product second time (without prior information) bought using your Gift Coupon, a 2nd Gift Coupon Code will be provided reducing an amount Rs.200 for Delivery Charges from the Total Value of the Gift Coupon.
- Acceptance of Exchange is restricted to scenarios such as aberration in colours from what is shown in the website to the actual, or in the event of a defect in the product.
- To initiate an exchange, please write to us at email@example.com or whatsapp on +917604936565 , with complete information - Order Details, the reason behind your intention to Exchange the product .This should be done within 3 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return.
- As soon as we receive the product we will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Voucher - which will be sent to your registered Email ID or your contact number (via sms). This Gift voucher will contain a coupon code which can be applied during the Checkout/Cart page to adjust with the previously purchased products amount.

- Shruseternity reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid , in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you via Email or whatsapp.

- We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.
- You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note :
- Shruseternity cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
- If you have requested falls and peco, and/or saree tassling/ blouse detachment services to your purchased sari, Exchanges are not permitted.
- All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.
- For any Paid Order cancellations done by the customer, a "3% PAYMENT GTEWAY" charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.
Dispute Resolution :
In case of any dispute regarding any cancellation, or return under this Policy, the Customer can contact Shruseternity at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, the decision of Shruseternity in such cases shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002). The Customer hereby consents subjected to Chennai jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India.
